Jennifer Brulé is a classically trained chef, food writer and restaurant consultant. Her work has appeared nationally in Cooking Light, Shape and Fitness Magazines, and internationally in Swiss News. She cooks live on NBC Charlotte every Sunday morning and monthly on ABC Charleston. Her cookbook, Learn to Cook 25 Southern Classics 3 Ways was published by UNC Press this past September and is in its second printing. Chef Brulé is currently working on another cookbook for The Press which will be published fall of 2018. She lives in utter chaos, just north of Charlotte with four smart aleck daughters, three floppy dachshunds one flustered husband and a rotating roster of foreign exchange students and foster dogs.
