A native of Chattanooga TN, Charlie Moore grew up the son of a Catering Mom and BBQ restaurateur Dad. After graduating Johnson & Wales magna cum laude, Charlie worked in the Charleston area honing his skills at notable establishments like The Francis Marion Hotel, Duvall Events and as Executive Chef at the Vendue Inn . In 2009 Charlie moved to the upstate of SC with his wife Carrie. He now works for US Foods as a Sales consultant where he helps clients invigorate their menus and protect the bottom line.
